22 spheres and your own
Home, partner, children, parents, work, leading, money, body, meaning, conflict, hard times, life online and more. Add your own sphere with a name, an icon and a colour.
Stillcraft / Apps / Prism
Everyone plays many roles: partner, parent, colleague, friend, and someone else entirely when angry. Prism helps you choose them instead of slipping into them. Name your core values, describe who you want to be in each sphere of life or borrow from a library of 71 good roles, name the shadows you fall into, and practise the switch with short rituals. Your values are the white light, your roles are its colours. No ads, no account, and nothing leaves the phone.

Home, partner, children, parents, work, leading, money, body, meaning, conflict, hard times, life online and more. Add your own sphere with a name, an icon and a colour.
Quiet Harbor, Safe Base, Calm Mountain, Friend to Myself… Each has a voice, three things it does, two it never does, a posture, a motto and a daily practice. Add one and rewrite it your way.
The Prosecutor, the Sulking Teen, the Workaholic, the Endless Feed. What sets each one off, what it's protecting, how to spot it early and which role answers it.
A minute between roles: breathe out the last scene, then step into the next as its colour, motto and posture fade in. Schedule it for the way home or before work.
The Mountain for anger, a rehearsal before a hard conversation, a council of roles for a hard choice, letters from a role, meeting a shadow, an anchor and three-week acts.
One coloured ray per role: wide when the role came up often, bright when you came close to it. The journal adds the balance of spheres and what charges or drains you.

| Sphere | A good role | Shadow |
|---|---|---|
| Home & family | Quiet Harbor: home feels safe because you are calm in it | The Grumbler |
| Partner | Ally: whatever happens, you are on the same side | The Prosecutor |
| Parents | Grateful Grown-up: an adult beside them, not a child again | Child Again |
| Conflict & anger | Calm Mountain: storms pass over you | The Volcano |
| Rest & play | Master of Rest: rest properly, without guilt | The Workaholic |
| Online | Feed Gardener: you decide what grows in your attention | The Endless Feed |
| Alone with yourself | Friend to Myself: the kindness you give to people you love | The Inner Critic |

You already play them; the question is whether you choose them. Every role in Prism grows out of the same core values, so it's still you, just the version you want to be in that place.
The version of you that takes over when you're tired, hurt or scared: the Prosecutor, the Ghost, the Martyr. Prism treats each one as a part trying to help clumsily, and helps you notice it early and answer it with a role.
No. Write your own roles and shadows from scratch, or add one from the library and rewrite it in your own words. Spheres can be your own too.
Settings → Backup saves every role, scene, letter and council into one JSON file. Restore it on the new phone.
