Praise for every win

Tiny, solid or huge: the praise, the confetti and the vibration grow with the win. Quick ideas help on days when getting out of bed is the win.

A jar of wins

Each win drops in as a stone coloured by its area. Tilt or shake the phone and the stones roll; tap one to remember the win. One jar per month.

Five voices

A warm friend, a granny, a sports commentator, a wise mentor or a butler. Each praises, comforts and says goodnight in its own way.

Praise of the day

A new one every morning, in a notification and a home-screen widget. Keep it, ask for another, share it.

I feel bad

A dark, quiet room with drifting sparkles, the kindest words one by one, a soft heartbeat and a breathing circle.

Self-criticism translator

Write the harsh thought. Glow names the thinking trap and offers a kinder way to say the same thing. Fully offline.

Kind words

Keep compliments from real people, with a screenshot if you like, and read them in shuffle mode on hard days.

Evening of pride

Before sleep, three things you're proud of today. They collect in a pride diary.

A streak that never burns

Days in a row with wins. Miss one and the jar simply waits; the best run stays.

Weekly report

Every Sunday, the report on how great you are: wins per day, your strongest area, your best day and the huge wins, shareable as a picture.

Orders and certificates

16 orders with three degrees each, from the Order of Small Things to the Order of Quiet Courage, and a certificate of honour for every one.

Speaks to you properly

In Russian, Glow asks whether to address you in the masculine or the feminine, so it's «ты сделал» or «ты сделала», never «сделал(а)».

Questions people ask.

Is there a premium version?

No. Every voice, order and feature is there for everyone, with no ads, no trial and no subscription.

Is it therapy?

No. Glow is a kind companion. If things have felt heavy for a long time, please talk to someone you trust or a professional.

Does the translator use AI?

No. It matches word stems against ten common thinking traps and picks a kinder phrasing. Nothing you write leaves the phone.

What if I change phones?

Settings → Backup saves wins, kind words with their screenshots and evenings into one JSON file. Restore it on the new phone.
